Please read these Terms before using the storeBy accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to The Group Sales, the operator of Mechamxxx.delivery. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or other person using the Services.
Mechamxxx.delivery operates this online store and its related pages, product listings, content, features, customer tools and services. The store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the commerce technology used to make the Services available.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on the website, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the Services or place an order through the store.
SECTION 01
Access, eligibility and accounts
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction where you live.
If you permit a minor to use the Services through a device or account that you own or control, you are responsible for supervising that use and ensuring it complies with applicable law.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, delivery address, billing information and payment details. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, license or provide another person with permanent control of your customer account.
SECTION 02
Products and product information
We take reasonable steps to present product titles, descriptions, images, formats, editions, languages, availability and prices accurately. Product information may nevertheless contain reasonable differences caused by photography, packaging revisions, production variations or display settings.
Colours and product appearance may vary between screens. Packaging may also be updated by a manufacturer or publisher without prior notice, provided that the supplied product remains materially consistent with the listing.
Trading-card products may differ by game, set, release, language, edition, finish and product format. You are responsible for reviewing the complete product title, images, description and selected option before placing an order.
We may correct product information, update descriptions, restrict purchase quantities, withdraw products or discontinue listings at any time. Such changes do not affect orders that have already become binding unless the affected information was materially incorrect or the order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.
Collectible product conditionThe condition of seals, shrink wrap, boxes and original packaging may be relevant to the value of sealed trading-card products. Review the product page and Refund Policy before opening or altering any collectible packaging.
SECTION 03
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your cart. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract becomes binding when we accept the order, normally by sending an acceptance, dispatch or fulfilment confirmation, depending on the process used for the order.
Payment authorization or collection alone does not require us to accept an order. If an order is declined or cancelled after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method.
We may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- The product is unavailable or incorrectly listed.
- The price or product information contains a material error.
- Payment cannot be authorized or verified.
- The delivery address cannot be serviced.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse or unlawful activity.
- The order exceeds a reasonable purchase or quantity restriction.
If action is required, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing details or delivery information submitted with the order.
Review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that requests to change or cancel an order can be completed after processing or fulfilment has started.
SECTION 04
Prices, promotions and billing
The amount charged for a product is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Applicable delivery charges, taxes, duties or other mandatory charges will be displayed before checkout where they are collected by us. Customers may remain responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country when these are not collected during checkout.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, product limitations or redemption conditions. Where promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify Payments or another third-party payment provider. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to the processing of payment information.
SECTION 05
Shipping, delivery and risk
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery periods are displayed on the website or during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or otherwise agreed with you. Where no separate delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery may be affected by carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, address problems, security checks or events outside our reasonable control. We will remain responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Unless you independently select a carrier that we did not offer, goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or into the possession of a person you identified to receive them.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
Additional delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy .
SECTION 06
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel or return an order depend on applicable consumer law, the location of the customer, the type of product and the condition in which the product is returned.
Consumers purchasing online in the United Kingdom will normally have a statutory cancellation period for eligible goods. Separate rights may apply where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for its intended purpose.
Nothing in our Refund Policy removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. A voluntary store return period may provide additional rights but does not replace mandatory consumer protections.
Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and condition of the product.
Do not send a product back without first following the return instructions. The applicable conditions, return procedure, exclusions and refund process are set out in our Refund Policy .

SECTION 07
Intellectual property rights
The website and its original design, branding, text, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, software, functionality and other content are owned by, licensed to or used with authorization by us or the relevant rights holders.
Product names, game titles, characters, logos, artwork, publisher marks and manufacturer marks may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
You may access the website for personal, lawful and non-commercial shopping use. Without prior written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit store content.
- Modify, create derivative works from or remove ownership notices from protected content.
- Use our branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, approval or endorsement.
- Reproduce substantial parts of the product catalog through scraping, extraction or automated collection.
No right, title or licence is granted except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
SECTION 08
Optional and third-party tools
The Services may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, tracking systems, social platforms or other features supplied by third parties.
We may not control or continuously monitor those services. Third- party tools may be offered subject to their own terms, privacy notices, availability and technical requirements.
Your use of an optional third-party tool is at your discretion. You should review the applicable provider’s terms and privacy information before using it.
New website functions, resources or tools introduced in the future will also form part of the Services and will be governed by these Terms unless separate terms are displayed.
SECTION 09
Third-party websites and links
The website may link to external websites or display functionality operated by third parties. A link does not necessarily mean that we own, control, approve or endorse the external website.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or policies of third-party websites. Accessing an external website is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Questions or claims concerning products or services purchased directly from a third party must be directed to that third party. This does not affect responsibility we may have for products sold directly through Mechamxxx.delivery.
SECTION 10
Relationship with Shopify
The store is powered by Shopify, which supplies the technology used to host and operate parts of the Services.
Products purchased through Mechamxxx.delivery are sold by the store operator identified in these Terms and not by Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products and is not a party to the retail contract between you and us.
Shopify and its service providers may process information as necessary to host the store, process transactions, prevent fraud and provide commerce functionality.
SECTION 11
Privacy and personal information
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
Because the store is hosted through Shopify, information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers that support hosting, payments, fraud prevention, communications, analytics, fulfilment and customer service.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards.
Review the Privacy Policy for information about the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, disclosures, retention and available privacy rights.
SECTION 12
Reviews, feedback and submissions
You may choose to submit reviews, ideas, comments, photographs, suggestions or other content relating to the store or its products. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.
By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and use that content for operating, promoting and improving the Services.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Submitted content must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or malicious material. We may moderate, reject or remove submissions where reasonably necessary.
We are not required to keep unsolicited feedback confidential, provide compensation for it or respond to every submission.
SECTION 13
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical faults, outdated information or omissions relating to product details, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, delivery estimates or availability.
We may correct inaccurate information and update the Services without prior notice. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to obtain confirmation, offer an appropriate correction or cancel and refund the affected order.
Nothing in this section permits us to disregard a binding contract or statutory consumer right where applicable law does not allow it.
SECTION 14
Prohibited and unacceptable use
You may not access or use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or inconsistent with these Terms.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Violating applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
- Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized order information.
- Harassing, threatening, defaming or abusing another person.
- Uploading viruses, malicious code or material intended to damage or disrupt the Services.
- Attempting to bypass account, payment, security, rate-limit or access-control systems.
- Collecting personal information about other users without a lawful basis.
- Sending spam, phishing messages or unauthorized promotional material.
- Impersonating another person, customer, business or representative.
- Using the Services to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other proprietary rights.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting website access or store content without authorization.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, payment systems, service providers or third parties.
SECTION 15
Automated access and software agents
Automated systems, crawlers, scripts, bots, software agents and data-extraction tools must not access the Services in a way that disrupts normal operation, bypasses restrictions, conceals automated activity or places an unreasonable load on the website.
Automated systems must comply with published technical restrictions, security controls and applicable robots instructions. They must not circumvent CAPTCHAs, access controls, rate limits or measures intended to distinguish automated use from human use.
We may limit, block or condition automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customer information, content, systems or commercial interests.
SECTION 16
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where we believe these Terms have been materially breached, fraud is suspected, security is threatened or continued access may cause harm.
Termination does not remove payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, governing law and other provisions intended by their nature to continue will survive termination.
SECTION 17
Availability and general information
We aim to keep the Services available, secure and accurate, but do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, maintenance, compatibility problems or technical errors.
General content on the website is provided for informational purposes. You should not rely on general store content as professional, legal, financial, medical or technical advice.
Product-specific commitments expressly included in an accepted order remain subject to the contract and applicable law.
SECTION 18
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We supply consumer products for private use. Unless separately agreed in writing, we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, revenue, commercial opportunities, anticipated savings or business interruption arising from a consumer order.
We are not responsible for failures caused entirely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but this does not remove obligations imposed by applicable consumer law.
SECTION 19
Business misuse and responsibility
Where you access or use the Services for business purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, these Terms and any rights belonging to third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, a business user will be responsible for losses or claims arising directly from its unlawful misuse of the Services, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not impose a broader obligation on consumers than applicable law permits.
SECTION 20
Severability
If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect where they can operate independently.
SECTION 21
Waiver and entire agreement
A delay or failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not permanently waive that right or prevent it from being enforced later.
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement governing use of the Services and supersede earlier discussions or versions relating to the same subject matter.
Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 22
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written agreement.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring or service arrangement, provided that the transfer does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
We will provide notice where required by applicable law.
SECTION 23
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and contracts formed through the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you continue to benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender a right to bring proceedings in a court that consumer law permits.
Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to understand and resolve the issue.
SECTION 24
Headings and interpretation
Section headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of the Terms.
Words such as “including” and “includes” are illustrative and do not limit the words that appear before them.
References to policies include the current version of each policy displayed on the website.
SECTION 25
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business operations, technology, legal requirements or commercial practices.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes will apply from the stated effective date. They will not retroactively remove rights relating to an order placed under an earlier version unless applicable law permits this.
