Refund policy

This policy explains when a product may be returned, how to request authorization, and what to expect after we receive and inspect an eligible return.

  • 30 days : Request a return within 30 days after receiving the order.
  • Unopened : Sealed products must remain unopened and in original condition.
  • Approval required : Contact us before sending any product back.
  • Original payment : Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

30-day return window

The Group Sales offers a 30-day return policy through mechamxxx.delivery. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Submitting a request within the return period does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed to confirm that the product satisfies the eligibility conditions described below.

Return authorization is required

Do not mail a product back before receiving approval and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return eligibility requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. For trading-card products and collectibles, the integrity of the original packaging and factory seals is an essential part of the product’s condition and value.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, undamaged and unaltered.
  • All original factory seals, shrink wrap and security seals remain fully intact.
  • The product remains in its original retail packaging with all labels, inserts, accessories and included materials.
  • The customer provides the order number, receipt or another valid form of proof of purchase.
  • The product is packaged securely for return to prevent damage while in transit.

Products showing signs of opening, use, handling damage, missing components, altered packaging or removed seals may not qualify for return.

How to request a return

  1. Contact customer support : Email us before returning the product. Use the email address associated with your order whenever possible.
  2. Provide the required details : Include your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the request and relevant photographs when applicable.
  3. Wait for return authorization : We will review the request and confirm whether the product is eligible. Additional information or photographs may be requested before a decision is made.
  4. Follow the return instructions : If approved, we will provide the authorized return address, packaging instructions and, when applicable, return shipping documentation.
Return address

The correct return address will be provided by email after your request is approved. Do not return an item to the address printed on the shipping label or packaging unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Inspect your package and its contents as soon as the order arrives. Contact us promptly if the product is damaged, defective, missing components or different from what you ordered.

To help us evaluate the issue, include your order number and clear photographs showing:

  • The affected product and the issue being reported.
  • The product packaging, seals and labels.
  • The exterior shipping box or mailer.
  • Any visible damage to the delivery package.
  • The shipping label attached to the package.

Keep the product and all packaging until we have completed our review. We may need the original packaging to verify damage or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Due to the collectible nature of trading-card products, we cannot accept returns for products whose packaging or original seal has been opened, removed, altered or damaged.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Opened booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, decks, collector products or other sealed trading-card products.
  • Products with removed, cut, torn or altered factory shrink wrap or security seals.
  • Individual cards or products removed from their original sealed packaging.
  • Digital products, downloadable products and gift cards.
  • Personalized, customized or specially ordered products.
  • Products marked as final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable before purchase.
  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage, alteration or inadequate return packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not process direct product exchanges. The most reliable way to obtain another product is to request a return for the eligible original item and place a separate order for the replacement item.

A replacement product is not reserved while a return is being reviewed. Product availability and pricing may change before a new order is placed.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

When applicable, customers receiving merchandise within the European Union may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unopened, with all original seals, labels and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Statutory rights that apply under relevant consumer-protection laws are not limited by this policy.

Inspection and refunds

We will notify you after the returned product has been received and inspected. The inspection confirms whether the product meets the return conditions and whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, account or payment method.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
