Shipping Policy
Mechamxxx.delivery ships to supported domestic and international destinations. Available shipping services, costs and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout after the delivery address has been entered.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time begins after the order has been successfully submitted and payment has been authorized.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.
Processing and delivery are separateThe processing period occurs before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times
Domestic standard shipping
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International standard shipping
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping
Express delivery may be available during checkout for selected products and destinations. Available express services, prices and delivery estimates will be displayed before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier network delays or service disruption.
- Customs processing and border inspections.
- Severe weather or natural events.

- Incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible delivery addresses.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be completed after fulfilment or dispatch has started.
International customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout expressly states that these charges have been collected in advance, the customer is responsible for paying them. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Mechamxxx.delivery.
Customs clearance may increase the delivery time. We cannot guarantee how long a package will remain with customs authorities.
A customer’s refusal to pay applicable customs or import charges may cause the package to be delayed, abandoned or returned. Any refund will be reviewed after the package is returned and may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, customs or carrier charges where permitted.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has started.
Delays, missing packages, and delivery issues
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, security reviews, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment.
